How do I place an order?
Shopping at kidswear.co.nz is easy and secure! Just a few steps to place orders
- Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Add to Cart button
- To add more items you can choose to continue shopping or click on Checkout to complete your order
- You will then receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards that include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express etc..
All payments are processed through PAYPAL (paypal.com) who are world’s biggest payment providers

I forgot my username/password. How do I retrieve it?
If you still have access to your email id you can reset your password by clicking on forgot your password link on our website where the log-in page is located.

Where can i purchase gift cards and can they be used online
All gift cards should be purchased on our website and you have to use them to do purchases online at kidswear.co.nz.

How quickly will my order be processed and can i check my order status?
All our items have to be dispatched from an overseas location to your home. This process often takes between 8 and 30 business days.

Yes we provide tracking number on request so you can track the status of your parcel and it will arrive. We will make sure you received your items in a timely fashion and if your item is lost or damaged, we will refund your purchase. If you have any queries please use our contact us form to send us any enquiry.

I ordered multiple items but i didn’t receive all items?
All our items are shipped individually or in small groups so that you don't get stung at customs. However we make sure all your items reach you. If you don’t receive the item in that particular we will offer you a refund.

My shipment arrived damaged. Whom should I contact?
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We want to ensure that your experience with us will bring you back to shop on our website again and will do everything we can to remedy the situation as soon as possible. We will replace or refund it for you. Please contact our support team for further advice.

How do I find the right size?
To make sure you order the right size every time, please see our sizing charts with specifications that include parameters like height, chest, shoulder etc.. for each size. We advise you to compare against clothing you already have.

What do i do if i ordered the wrong colour/size/style?
We work to make everything easy. If you can inform us as soon as possible we can change it however if the item is shipped there is nothing we can do.

Note that colour might look little different depending on your screen resolution and photography light conditions.But we try our best to show you the right colour in the images.
